Packaged Pump Sets
Techsys’ purpose-built packaged pump sets are a complete
pump station solution.
Designed to meet exact specifications or budgetary requirements,
they combine our unique range of pump controllers with any
combination of:
- End-suction or inline single stage centrifugal pumps
- Horizontal or vertical multistage pumps
- Borehole submersible pumps
As the Techsys range of controllers is designed to suit any
pump or pump combination (hydraulically compatible), we can
incorporate pumps from a wide range of manufacturers.

Standard Inclusions
- Common suction manifold with priming port
- Common discharge manifold with priming port, pressure
tank connection, pressure gauge & pressure transducer
connection
- Standard manifold materials are in 304 stainless steel
- Dual isolating valves (fitted to each pump) to facilitate
future maintenance
- Single non-return valve per pump unit to ensure correct
system operation
- Valves include approved ball valves & check valves
up to 50mm and wafer butterfly and non-return valves 65mm
& above
- Standardised general arrangement drawings, supported
by AutoCAD design drawings as required
Options
- 316 stainless steel schedule 10 or schedule 40 pipe
- Galvanised schedule 20 or schedule 40 steel pipe
- Customised manifolds including centre connection
- Pressure relief valve to suction or waste
- Specified valves including full stainless steel
- Additional connecting pipe work / manifolding:
